Letter from Arai Helmet Americas, Inc.

We have recently discovered that our internal computer system was not communicating with our ordering system properly. As a result a considerable number of on-line orders were not downloaded for processing.

We are searching the system now and so far have found missing orders as far back as four weeks.

We are working hard to fill these orders as quickly as possible and apologize for this delay.

Until this problem is sorted out, we are shutting our on-line parts ordering system down, so that we can concentrate on filling these delayed orders, determine the extent of the problem as well as make sure it does not occur again.

Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If anyone wishes to cancel their order, or is in urgent need of an Arai part for their helmet that you are unable to locate through a local dealer, please call our offices at (610)366-7220 and we will make every effort to quickly process your order manually.
